Wanneroo Recreation Centre Precinct Upgrade

The City of Wanneroo is planning for the future upgrade of the Wanneroo Recreation Centre. The project aims to ensure our community facilities will meet the future demand and growth of our Central region.

LATEST UPDATES (Jul 2023)

• A Council Report came to the July 2023 Ordinary Council Meeting Council with updated concept plans and estimated completion timeframes with the project being split into a Sports Hub and Community Centre precinct.

HISTORIC UPDATES

• On Thursday, 9 September 2021 the State Government announced a $5 million commitment to the update of the Wanneroo Recreation Centre.
